Hogan Brothers Multi-Family Division was established with the mission to construct the best-in-class Multi-Family housing units for the top developers within the Florida Market. Markets include the South Florida, Central Florida and recent expansion into North Florida. Tim McCoskey as Director of Hogan Brothers Multi-Family Division leads these efforts. During his career Tim has constructed and completed approximately 6,000 Multi-Family Units with the majority being delivered within the State of Florida (See Tim’s Executive Bio). Hogan Brothers Multi-Family Division is a synergy born of mutually beneficial skill sets as Tim brings over 35 years of Multi-Family construction and development experience to the professional management platform of Hogan Brothers. Given Hogan Brothers background of high-end hospitality related construction of multi room structures, the multi-family space was a natural transition for the company. Tim recently has facilitated the development and preconstruction of The Registry at Lakeland Square (Lakeland, FL) as well as assisted Hogan Brothers with several projects currently in the preconstruction phase in South Florida and Central Florida. In addition, Tim is a HUD Certified General Contractor and Developer.
