Bermuda into Multi-Family Sector
As the hospitality construction sector lends itself naturally into multifamily construction, it is for these reasons that the Principals initiated the Multifamily Division of Hogan Brothers Construction in 2023. With HB’s extensive expertise of multi-unit hospitality construction this division was successfully launched with a focus on the South Florida and Central Florida regions. As of 2025 multifamily projects under construction or in preconstruction account for approximately 1500 Units. These projects extend from Downtown West Palm Beach to Miami. Clients include the likes of Immocorp Capital, Beachwould Residential NY, Kushner Companies, CEDARSt Companies, Chicago & Silverstein Properties, NYC (See Current Projects Tab).
Self-Performance Concrete Shell Division
Over the last several years Hogan Brothers has added depth to its executive team with the addition of Jorge Tapia whose daily responsibilities include the management of Hogan Brothers Self Performance Shell Division. This has literally saved developers millions on a per project construction cost basis (see Immocorp Capital Reference Letter & Case Study). In addition, this serves as a means for Hogan Brothers to control project schedule and execution. As the shell is widely known as the riskiest part on any project this lends the additional assurance to clients/developers that their projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Jorge (Senior Vice President & Director of Construction) brings extensive prior large scale concrete structure management expertise with specialization in large scale mid-rise and high-rise projects. Prior projects before joining Hogan Brothers include the Continuum II Condominium (Miami Beach, FL), Trump International Tower & Hotel (Fort Lauderdale Beach, FL), Camillus House (Miami, FL), Casa Condominium (Edgewater District Miami, FL), Garfield Parking Garage (Hollywood Beach, FL) and Museum of Discovery (Fort Lauderdale, FL.
