Hogan Brothers is a Miami-based general contractor and construction management firm specializing in the new construction and renovation of hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, offices, and luxury homes.  Established in South Florida in 2007 and backed by more than 120 years of leadership experience, Hogan Brothers brings technical expertise, hands-on service, and a developer’s perspective to every project. Our partners range from respected developers, investment firms, and hospitality brands throughout South Florida. Clients include Loews Hotel Corporation, Witkoff Group, Turnberry Associates, Blue Road Hospitality, Immocorp Capital, Beachwold Residential, CEDARSt Companies, and Silverstein Properties. These relationships have helped us build a reputation for reliability, collaboration, and consistent execution.

Our leadership remains directly involved in every stage of construction, especially where oversight matters most. Through our self-performing concrete shell division, we manage one of the most complex and high-risk phases of construction ourselves. This gives us greater control over schedule, cost, quality, and execution while reducing risk for our clients. Our growing portfolio includes approximately 900 multifamily and hotel units currently under construction or in preconstruction extending from Miami to West Palm Beach, along with completed award-winning projects featured in leading business, real estate, travel, and hospitality publications.

From preconstruction through final delivery, we approach every project with clarity, accountability, an open book approach, and a thorough understanding of the construction and development process. Whether building a hospitality property or a large-scale mixed use or multifamily community, our goal remains the same: solve problems early, protect our clients’ interests, and deliver lasting value. Every Hogan Brothers project is guided by transparency, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering dependable results for our clients and the communities we help build.
